Renee Brotman founder and principal consultant of Kaleidoscope Associates has more than 30 years of work as a human resource professional. She has a diverse background focused on organization development, leadership coaching, training design and meeting facilitation. She has a robust reputation of maximizing organizational performance through strengthening working relationships, building leadership talent, executing learning events, managing culture shifts, and collaborating on effective meeting management. As a seasoned professional, Renee's credentials include:

• MS in Human Resource Development, American University
• BA in Business Management
• Certified Coach with International Coach Federation
• Certified Global Career Facilitator
• Graduate, Georgetown University Coaching Certificate Program

Arleen LaBella, Ed.D., P.C.C. is an organization development consultant, trainer, and executive coach specializing in the design and implementation of strategies to maximize the effectiveness of individuals, teams, and organizations. She has a proven track record nationally and internationally of optimizing leadership skills, working relationships, change initiatives, and team productivity.

Arleen has impeccable credentials that include:

Paula Lowe is an executive coach and management consultant. Paula is a seasoned executive and hands on contributor with over 25 years of experience leading functions and staff in organizational development and training, human resources and career development in large businesses, government and non-profit organizations. She works with leaders to increase organizational and department performance.

Paula's years of experience include the following credentials:
